For your protection, Wigs of Rosalie asks that you inspect all  merchandise thoroughly upon receipt.  We will exchange defective merchandise upon verification of goods. You must notify us within seven (7) days of receipt of order. We will issue a Return Authorization No.  We do not accept unauthorized returned merchandise.

No color exchanges from any brand will be accepted.  Color rings are available at $25.00 each.  An acceptable option is sending  a hair sample or swatch to Wigs of Rosalie.

 There is a restocking fee of $20.00 per transaction.  Please follow these  guidelines when returning item(s):

1.  A copy of the sales receipt or invoice must accompany all returns. 

2.  The RMA (Return Authorization No.) must be placed on the outside of the box.

3.  Returned merchandise must be in mint condition.  Mint condition means tags and labels still attached to item(s), hairnet not removed, item(s) not combed/brushed, sprayed or fluffed up or tried-on by customer and in original manufacturer's box or packaging.

No Cash Refunds will be issued under any circumstances.  No Charge backs on Credit Cards.  Credit for product of equal or greater value will be allowed only. If an item is to be exchanged, new shipping and handling charges will be added. 

Exchanges for unworn merchandise is acceptable for equal value.  Must return item within 30 days of receipt for exchange.  No exceptions.  Merchandise not meeting the above criteria will be refused.

 Note:  if an item is returned for "defective purposes"  and when examined found not to be defective, item will be returned to customer. No credit will be issued.

All human hair or synthetic hairpieces, 3/4 wigs,  hair wraps, hair enhancers, wiglets, falls will not be accepted for return for any reason. 

Wigs of Rosalie reserves the right to refuse any return at our discretion.
